We took a drive up North toward Tahoe to spend a day in the snow. We've been having withdrawals this winter! It was a beautiful, warm, sunny day and the kids had a blast! Okay. . . . well, Kailer had a blast. Addie and Colby were still a little under the weather, and the snow was really deep so they had a tough time making their way around. But it was good to get away and explore a little bit more of Northern California. The mountains were gorgeous, and the Foster's Freeze ice cream on the way home was delicious!

i can't believe you guys miss the snow-- i am sooooo over winter in nyc! the grass is always greener i suppose, (or the snow is always whiter, however you look at it!)
