Pizza, pizza

Ones of the kids' favorite things to do is make homemade pizza. Well, semi-homemade anyway. We pick up the dough and shredded mozzarella at our favorite pizza place, Albanese, I make a quick little pizza sauce, and then the kids get to work. They try their hardest to get the dough to stretch out into a nice large crust, only for it to shrink right back into the little mound it began as. The funnest part is watching them toss it up into the air like the pros. (Don't worry- I always make sure my floors are nice and clean before this takes place.) Then they spread on the sauce, top it with some cheese, and I throw it in the oven. Surprisingly, the end result is quite delicious!
