I Love New York. . .
and will be so sad to leave such a beautiful city I've come to call home.
I took my mom to the top of the Rock last week. It was an amazing view, of course, and her and I had fun playing around taking different pictures. The Empire State Building was lit in red, white and blue for the inauguration.

Kailer and Grace had so much fun dancing together. They laughed, they twirled, they dipped. It was even more fun to watch them!

One of the only pictures I've been able to get of Colby without his tongue sticking out.

Another fun snow day
Kai and Addie loved just kickin' back, eating snow in the sled while Daddy pulled them around.

Adelynne LOVED sledding! She would scream with excitement all the way down the hill, and then she would sit there in the sled like a little princess, waiting for someone to pull her back up to the top. She would have done it all day if we let her.

Addie had a blast sledding all by herself- watch. If you listen, you can hear her yell the whole way down.

Snow Much Fun

On Thursday we got a couple inches of snow. Kailer was pretty bummed that Mommy wasn't going to brave it and haul 3 kids to the park by herself to sled. Luckily, Daddy surprised us and came home for a couple hours to play in the snow with us. We trekked our way up to the park and had a blast sledding and playing in the fresh snow. The park was absolutely beautiful, blanketed in white, and we were pretty much the only ones around. I don't think I've ever seen Prospect Park so empty. Unfortunately, Addie fell asleep on the way there, so she didn't get to join in on all the fun. Her and Colby stayed warm, bundled up under the plastic in the stroller.
