Adelynne's new obsession

Mmmm, mmmm, watermelon.
We spent Memorial Day at Prospect Park, enjoying a picnic with all of our friends from church. We couldn't have asked for a more gorgeous day.

check out the little chicklets she has for teeth.
I know. . . a little young for the mardi gras beads.
This puddle gave her great joy for about 15 minutes until I had to drag her out of it. She was completely soaked in muddy water.
Kai and Daddy had a Friday night campout while Mommy got to have a movie night out with her friends.

Happy Mommy's Day!

15 months. . . and quite the personality.

We spent the day at Prospect Park. Kai and Michael fished at the lake with no luck- just a few bites.
It was all I could do to keep Addie from jumping into the lake. She was ready to go swimming, shoes and all.

Here she is throwing a huge fit because we won't let her dive on in.
She found a stick and decided to challenge me to a dual. She started chasing me around and thought she was so funny.
She got pretty fierce.
Then Kailer decided to join in- I was out numbered and forced to surrender.
Ha-Ha Mommy!
Long Island
We spent Saturday in Long Island- our first time out there. First, we hit Jones Beach, and later headed to play miniature golf at Eisenhower Park.

As usual, we couldn't keep the kids out of the water. Addie threw a fit (imagine) every time Michael tried to turn back toward dry land.

The pulling up the shorts method didn't work so well for Kailer. He was drenched within minutes.

Needless to say, Kailer didn't really need a whole lot of help from Daddy. He hit 5 holes-in-one to our combined 3. (However, he did get a few mulligans.)

Addie's version of a hole-in-one.

Camping at Lake George
Last weekend we went camping with the Outdoors Club from NYU College of Dentistry. It might have been a little wet all weekend, but we all still had a blast.
