Trick-or-Treat

Kailer Michael is the cutest pumpkin we've ever seen. When Kailer saw himself in the mirror, he thought he looked so funny. He had a blast walking up and down the street, getting candy and checking out everyone in their costumes. In Park Slope, everyone comes out for a Halloween parade on 7th Avenue. The Avenue, street and sidewalks, are completely filled with people, and all the teenagers congregate on the corners and cover themselves with shaving cream- it's quite the scene. Kailer really liked the band and all of the interesting-looking people. He was so excited to finally get a taste of a sucker when he got home!

A Day in the Life of Kailer Michael

The swings are one of Kailer's favorite things at the park. He also loves going backwards down the slides. After a tiring morning at the park, we come home, read a few books, ( he loves to read books), and then he takes a nap. After his nap he does his little workout- lifting the pumpkin that his Grandma bought for him. He thinks he's so strong. Then the rest of the afternoon is spent running errands or playing in the house.

Kailer figured out that if he stands up on his rocking chair, he can reach the pictures. He pulls them off everyday and gets so excited when he sees who is in each picture. He also gets very excited when his Daddy gets home. As soon as he hears the door unlock, he goes running for the door, screaming "Daddy! Daddy!"

Burrrrr!

Kailer loves to eat apples, peel and all! They usually buy me about 20 minutes in the grocery store!

Kailer loves to lay down with his baby and watch TV.

This is just a shot of our apartment building. Our apartment is the one on the right on the first floor.

A Day at the Park

Well, it is definately beginning to look like Fall in Prospect Park. The trees are changing colors and the ground is covered in colorful leaves. Kailer had fun today, throwing the leaves up over his head and watching them float to the ground. He thought it was so funny.

Singing in the rain

It's been raining here for 8 days straight. We finally saw the sun today. Kailer was so excited to get out of the house and go to the park. He got a Cabbage Patch Baby last week and loves him so much. He likes to push him in the new stroller his Grandma bought for him while she was visiting last weekend!

Lots of fun with my Grandma
Kailer had so much fun with his Grandma this weekend. He showed her how he can go down the slide all by himself, and how he likes to count (and somtimes taste) the acorns he finds at the park. He even let Grandma read him stories and rock him to sleep at night! Kailer sure wishes his Ba-Pa (Grandpa) and Uncle Franklin could have come to see him, too. He misses them so much!
